Property Pool Plus is a sub-regional housing allocation scheme. The Sub region covers Halton, Liverpool, Knowsley, Sefton and Wirral areas.

You can choose where you want to live and tell us what sort of home you’re looking for.   

Homes are advertised on our website to the housing need groups.  They are offered to the people in the most housing need who have been waiting the longest.

Property Pool Plus gives priority to local people who need a home and can’t afford to buy or rent privately. You can join the register if you can say yes to these questions:

 

 

Housing need depends on where you are living and why you need to move.  Some social and supported housing tenants get housing need because their home is needed by others.  We assess housing need and place your application in one of these five Bands.
